Bolques Jr., a proud son of the Virgin Islands, born on the serene shores of St. Croix, raised amidst the breathtaking beauty of St. John, and dedicated to serving the people of our territory from my professional base on St. Thomas. My heritage spans seven and a half generations, deeply connecting me to the culture, history, and aspirations of these islands.

Throughout my life and career, I have remained committed to addressing the needs of our community, inspired by the values instilled in me by my family and shaped by my experiences in both the private and public sectors. Bolques Sr., exemplified compassion, respect, and hard work—cornerstones of our Puerto-Crucian heritage. My mother, Patricia Powell-Mitchell, brought the traditions of unity, hospitality, and resilience of St. John into our home, nurturing a deep faith and spirituality that continues to ground me.
